GFS Pride – Latest Addition to GFS Ship Management Fleet
On September 21, 2020, GFS Ship Management FZE took over GFS Pride at Ain Sokhna. The 2824 TEU vessel adds to the existing fleet of container vessels managed by GFS Ship Management.
This marks the first purchase of GFS Ship Management, amongst the 5 confirmed purchases for year 2020. The next vessel GFS Ruby is scheduled for take over on October 12, 2020 followed by GFS Prestige by end of October 2020.
Despite the COVID-19 restrictions across the globe, the 40K deadweight Singapore flagged vessel was smoothly taken over and immediately put into the JJS service, operated by Global Feeder Shipping.
